1. Description of service

SaaSFinder is a curated directory and review platform for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. We provide editorial reviews, product listings, blog content, and a vendor submission process along with affiliate / referral programs for vendors.

We are an informational and affiliate-based marketplace. We also sell software directly with certain partners and affiliates. When you click an affiliate or product link on our Site, you may be redirected to a third-party website where you can evaluate or purchase that product. We may receive a commission from those third parties at no additional cost to you.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

3. User conduct

4. Vendor submissions

If you submit a product for listing through our submission form, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the authority to submit the product on behalf of the company or organization that owns it
2. All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
3. The product does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
4. Any affiliate or referral URLs provided are legitimate and authorized by the product owner

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee listing. We may edit product descriptions, add editorial commentary, or assign ratings based on our independent evaluation.

5. Affiliate links and third-party products

The Site contains links to third-party websites and products. These links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party vendors are solely between you and that vendor. We strongly encourage you to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

Promoted and featured listings are clearly labeled on the Site. "Promoted" indicates a paid or affiliate relationship. "Featured" indicates an editorial selection. Neither label guarantees product quality or suitability for your needs.
