Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 13, 2026 · Terms of Service
This Privacy Policy describes how SaaSFinder ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit saasfinder.tech (the "Site"). We are committed to transparency and respect your privacy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide voluntarily
We collect the personal information you voluntarily submit. Through our vendor submission form, this may include:
- Product name and company name
- Contact name and email address
- Product website URL
- Affiliate or referral URL
- Product description, tagline, and pricing information
We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to browse the Site.
When you request a consultation through our "Book a call" page, you provide details such as your name, work email, company, team size, and a description of your project. These details are sent to Cal.com, our third-party scheduling provider, to schedule the call and are attached to the resulting booking; Cal.com also sends the calendar invitation and reminders. See section 3 for more on third-party services.
1.2 Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log information when you visit the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and access timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and infrastructure operations.
1.3 Analytics (if enabled)
We retain the right to implement analytics tools for use in the marketplace.
2. How we use information
Information collected through vendor submissions and general Site usage may be used for any of the following purposes:

We may use aggregated, non-identifying data derived from Site usage and analytics tools to inform business decisions, generate industry insights, and improve our services.
3. Affiliate links and third parties
When you click an affiliate link on our Site, you leave our Site and are redirected to a third-party website. That third-party website may collect information about you according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit through links on our Site.
Our "Book a call" page embeds a scheduling calendar provided by Cal.com. When you use it, the information you enter (such as your name and email) is sent directly to Cal.com and processed under Cal.com's privacy policy. We do not control Cal.com's data practices.
We may receive aggregate data from affiliate partners in accordance with our referral / affiliate program.
4. Data retention
Vendor submission data is retained for the purpose of managing the directory. Approved submissions become part of published product listings. Rejected submissions are retained for a reasonable period to prevent duplicate submissions and maintain review records, after which they may be deleted.
If you have submitted a product and wish to have your submission data deleted, please contact us at sales@saasfinder.tech
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
